Select the Customers tab.
In the search bar you can search by customer name, billing address, phone number, or email address.
When searching for a customer, it will only search the customers you have filtered. From the dropdown, you can filter by Active Customers or Inactive Customers, or you can see both.
You can further filter your customer list by tags you have applied to each customer account. Click the Search Tags bar. There, select one or more tags from the list.
You can refine your view by selecting one of the following categories:
All Customers
Customers With Route Assignments
Customers Without Route Assignments
Customers With Payment Method
Customers Without Payment Method
Customers With Service Texts On
Customers With Service Texts Off
