Skimmer supports the current Skimmer Pro mobile app version plus the three previous minor releases. Older versions of the mobile app may continue to work but will not receive new features, bug fixes, or guaranteed access to server features.
For example, with the release of Skimmer Pro 12.13, Skimmer ends support for Skimmer Pro 12.9 and earlier. Skimmer Pro 12.10 and later versions remain fully supported.
Current version support
As of October 30, 2026, Skimmer only supports Skimmer Pro 12.16 and later. Skimmer does not support versions prior to 12.16.
How to check your app version
As an admin: Go to Settings > Users to see the list of your techs along with the app version each one is on.
On a tech's phone: Open the Skimmer app, tap Settings, and check the version number at the bottom of the screen.
