Returned payments are treated the same as any other failed payment in Skimmer.

How They Appear
Credit card payments will display as Failed.
ACH payments that are returned will remain pending until Stripe completes its retry/return process. If the payment ultimately fails, it will drop off after that process completes.
Fees
There are no additional Stripe fees for returned payments.
If a customer asks why a payment disappeared or shows as failed, this is typically tied to Stripe’s retry or return process completing in the background.
